Il progetto per Amuse Bouche è nato da una specifica richiesta della committenza, che aveva la necessità di corredare i propri panini da 30 grammi dalla riconoscibile forma “a bocca” con un packaging personalizzato, veloce da maneggiare, che fosse adatto sia alla soluzione street food che alle consegne su ordinazione di grandi quantitativi (catering). Ho pensato quindi a due soluzioni differenti che potessero soddisfare le varie destinazioni d’uso. La prima è una semplice fascetta in cartoncino alimentare con due fori in corrispondenza delle estremità del panino: esso viene avvolto e “bloccato” all’interno della fascetta che ne impedisce la fuoriuscita della farcitura.La seconda proposta prevede la soluzione “scatola” nella stessa tipologia e grammatura di cartoncino, che grazie alla forma a tasca può ospitare panini più o meno panciuti. Entrambe le soluzioni vengono chiuse con un adesivo già in essere che riporta il nome del panino contenuto e i suoi ingredienti.
The Amuse Bouche project came about as a result of a specific request from a client who needed to pack their 30g, “mouth-shaped” sandwiches with customised packaging that would be easy-to-handle and suitable for both street food and bulk order (catering) deliveries. I designed two different solutions that would satisfy the various uses. The first is a simple food-grade cardboard band with two holes that correspond to the ends of the sandwich. The sandwich is wrapped and “locked” inside the band, which prevents the filling from escaping. The second proposal is a “box” solution in the same type and weight of cardboard, which, thanks to its pocket shape, can hold bulky or less bulky sandwiches. Both solutions are closed with a sticker displaying the name of the sandwich and the ingredients.
